We even do the washing up after your hire at no additional cost. All we ask is that you remove the major food waste, and put the goods back in the boxes. Please make sure all our hire equipment is put together in one safe collection point for our driver. Ensure linen is not placed on the ground and kept dry, as it will quickly absorb moisture from the ground. Mould can start very quickly in linen, which is exceeding difficult to solve. If linen has inadvertently got wet, please dry it as soon as possible. If in doubt then please give us a call. Our drivers computer system will also send you a text alert when they are on the way from the previous client.
If you are organising your wedding, or party, please ensure we have a contact number for our drivers. Especially if it’s a wedding and the lucky couple are heading off on honey moon. An alternative number for the collection is also requested for someone with access to the site. Please also remember that mobile phone reception in the South West has many areas of poor reception.
